We are offering Aspiration Channel. It is used to separate light particles from the wheat with the suction air created by cleaning fans. Incoming grain spread out on the vibrating plate which is located under the stock inlet to pour the stock evenly to the outlet. Light particles are sucked from the stock pouring to the outlet with suction in the upright body. Air in the upright body can be controlled by movable plates. Trough covers can be opened and closed easily and safely by means of special clamping. A safety key is mounted under the cover in order to prevent any intervention while the machine is working.

Vibro separators are used at the precleaning section before silo loading with larger perforated sieving sheets as well as it provides effective cleaning at the cleaning section before milling with its smaller perforated sieving sheets. Maintenance of the sieving frames is easy and practical. Perforations on the sieving frames are kept open by rubber cleaning balls which are moving on the sieving frames by an oscillation effect created by the machine. Dust and other fine particles which occurs while cleaning of the wheat are sucked by an air channel coupled to the machine. More efficient cleaning can be done by aspiration from the machine housing. There are also applications with air channel or closed circuit tarar in order to have better cleaning the fine particles such as dust, wheat skin etc, in the wheat going out from the separator.
