Vibro Separator are used for separating coarse and fine impurities from the wheat. Vibro separators are used at the precleaning section before silo loading with larger perforated sieving sheets as well as it provides effective cleaning at the cleaning section before milling with its smaller perforated sieving sheets. Maintenance of the sieving frames is easy and practical. Perforations on the sieving frames are kept open by rubber cleaning balls which are moving on the sieving frames by an oscillation effect created by the machine. Dust and other fine particles which occurs while cleaning of the wheat are sucked by an air channel coupled to the machine. More efficient cleaning can be done by aspiration from the machine housing. There are also applications with air channel or closed circuit tarar in order to have better cleaning the fine particles such as dust, wheat skin etc, in the wheat going out from the separator.

In the cleaning section, Horizontal Scourer is used to remove impurities which are adhered to the wheat such as sand, clod etc. and also it is used for scouring the wheat. Abrasive plates on the rotor group are made of a special material which are resistant to wear and tear. Rotor is finely balanced. In case of wearing out, maintenance can be done by changing only abrasive plates without dismantling rotor and balancing. In the bearing housings on the both ends of the rotor, durable bearings are used which are suitable to the working conditions of the machine. Fixed abrasive plates on the housing group have various types in special forms. Those plates are made of wear resistant special material likewise the rotor. Covers on both sides of the machine provide easy maintenance. While the grain to be scoured is moved between the special formed abrasive nosings on the rotor and stator pallets, at the same time, grain rub against each other. Therefore we can get an efficient scouring performance. It is possible to adjust the staying time of the stock in the machine outlet dampers. Either air channel or closed circuit tarar is applicable at the outlet of the machine.

Intensive Dampener is used to mix wheat with water by means of rotor with pallets in order to reach the optimum milling moisture content. Rotor spindle is insulated with waterproof systems. Adjustable angled pallets mounted on the rotor group mix wheat with water while conveying the wheat to the upwards with an inclination. Whole wheat carried to the up, wheat kernels drop towards the bottom of the machine, between the pallets, due to inclination. Therefore effective mixing can be obtained. Tempering trough and cover mechanism are all made of stainless steel which guarantees long life without any corrosion.
